OUR MAIN GOAL IS TO BREAK THE MOULD!

The main goal of ONT-Logistic is to develop our customers’ business to make it prosper by means of providing high-quality logistic services at competitive prices.

Having done market research and having obtained a great deal of information about our customers’ wants and needs, ONT-Logistic managed to identify the main problems which constitute obstacles during the process of cargo transportation.

The first main problem lies in the area of the inability of the forwarding company to guarantee the term of the delivery or the inability to stick to this guarantee.

The second main problem lies in the area of ineffective pricing of transportation. Due to a large number of middlemen, much too often the final price for transportation is so great as to be higher than the value of the cargo itself.

The third problem lies in the area of staff policy in many transportation companies which detracts a large number of customers. In particular, lack of professional skills and personal qualities of employees make customers feel uncomfortable and, as a result, look for new forwarding companies.

Proceeding from these three problems, we have put the following and objectives which must determine corrective actions:

Moving towards to dealing with the most reliable and responsible carriers and subcontractors on the long-term relationships of loyalty and trust.
The development of logistic schemes which allows us to avoid the ungrounded storage of the cargo at all transit points.
Establishing relationships and actual work only with direct cargo agents or immediately with carriers.

The allocation of sufficient funds to recruit highly-skilled staff for all positions in our company and the institution of a vigorous program of education and self-improvement.
