In contrast, the small size of ONT-Logistic allows it to keep an eye on the ever-changing market situation and not to be very much dependent on the general policies and strategies of the company. Unlike in any big company, where the process hinges on the constant and long-haul coordination of different departments, including marketing research, law, contract, sales and operations, in ONT-Logistic, where all stages of transportation can be implemented by one person, we are flexible enough to rapidly adjust our processes to the wants and needs of our customers to even exceed their satisfaction.

In contrast, leaders do their job by taking responsibility upon themselves, which allows them to make decisions immediately without too much coordination with their superiors and without procrastination.
